Thank you for subscribing, whether it was a few months ago or recently, and thank you for your patience while I get my ass in gear and start sending out my bi-weekly/monthly (?) - yet to be determined, newsletter.

I want to provide you with lots of value and hopefully, inspiration to get out there and explore! 🌎

I always said that I started posting to Instagram to inspire others to go out and see the world. I even started a ‘blog’ when I was 22 called Go and See. That’s when I fell in love with travelling.

A little intro

So, that leads me to a little intro of who I am, what I do and why I do it…

I’m Evelina - a content creator, adventurer, digital nomad. I’m not even sure how to describe myself when someone asks, because I do so many different things and what I do is constantly evolving and changing.

Thanks to 45k of you on Instagram, I feel pretty confident in saying I’m a content creator and I love adventures, so that makes sense too!

And, lots of you may not know why or how I’m a digital nomad, so let me introduce that part of me. In May 2021, I started a web development business and I developed zero websites - the cold emails didn’t work for me, I got busy working as a waitress and I never got a client, but in Feb 2022, I decided to try again.

I had a business name - Clikk Media, and I added virtual assistance and social media services to my offerings and in Apr 2022, I got my first client. And so, Clikk Media became reality and now I’ve worked with about 15-20 clients and I still work with my very first client a year and a half later!

Most of you probably subscribed from Instagram. I LOVE Instagram, but also sometimes hate it. I try not to let others’ highlight reels affect my own path. I don’t like to compare myself to others, but it’s sometimes hard not to with Instagram.

My aim on IG is always to be real, raw and honest. Sometimes it makes me feel like I’m putting myself online and no one watches or cares, and sometimes I get to talk to so many wonderful people. Social media is funny, but it is so powerful if used in the right way - it inspires, connects and can often positively influence our lives if we set it up that way.

Through my content, I want to inspire you to get outside and explore, and if you have the desire, to step past the fear and travel the world as much as you can.

There is nothing better than seeing different ways of life in different countries. It really humbles you and makes you think. It makes you a much more open person and it teaches you so so much!

So, with this newsletter and my IG content, I hope to give you a little bit of inspiration to go and see that for yourself.

Where I’m working from today

I’m at home in Mayo and I’m working from my mum’s kitchen. It feels good to be home before I set off on my travels. Here’s what my set up looks like ⬇️

Some inspiration

It’s very simple and it may sound silly, but if you don’t actively try to change your habits, your diet, your mindset, your life, whatever it may be, then talking about it won’t get you closer to the results you desire.

If you want change, you must take action!

How?

• Think about what you want

• Write down realistic goals you would like to achieve

• Surround yourself with people who inspire you and motivate you to reach for your goals

• Make an actionable plan

• The best time to start is today

• Every small step counts and it gets you closer to your goal

• Rome wasn’t built in a day
